Purpose
Bubba Pizza Mornington will be coming under new ownership soon, we are looking for shift supervisor's to assist management of the day to day running of this location.

Initial Responsibilities
- Assisting in the day to day running of corporate Bubba Pizza Outlet(s) under the instruction of store manager & head office. This is a hands on role in store handing food, customers and other store operations such as opens & closes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives outlined by Bubba Pizza.
- Work directly with management in achieving its short term and long-term goals for the company network set by Bubba Pizza.
- Training of future franchisee’s and staff of Bubba Pizza Outlets.
- Maintaining the store standards as per the operation manual. Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assisting management is maintaining local relationships and partnerships.
- Regular access to a care, occasional deliveries may be required for our VIP customers.
Business Process Improvement
- To work under the guidance and instruction of the Store Manager to achieve short term and longer terms goals set out by Bubba Pizza and management.
- As appropriate or as directed, assist with the handling customer complaints and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance is met with the company HACCP plan and relevant food safety standards and rules.
Customer Relationship Focus
- Maintains and develop key local relationship with customer and local partnerships.
High Performance Culture
Carries out all tasks and duties in compliance with company policies including OHS legislation and company OHS policies and rules.

Education and experience
Previous hospitality, QSR, or leadership experience is desirable. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Availability
Due to the nature of the business availability across evenings & weekends is required. This is a casual position and hour will vary to meet business needs.
