Gotcha Fresh Tea Karrinyup is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Tea-Barista to join our team.
Availability Requirements
This role is best suited to applicants with flexible weekday and weekends as required. This role requires regular weekday availability, including daytime shifts. Applicants with limited weekday availability may not be suitable for this position.
As Gotcha Fresh Tea operates during school holidays, public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period, availability to work during these periods does form a regular and reasonable requirement of this role.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve bubble tea and other menu items
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Operate POS systems and process payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Basic food preparation and stock replenishment

- Previous hospitality, café, food service or customer service experience
- Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Able to hit the ground running and learn new systems quickly

Pay Rate
Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 and vary based on age, classification and applicable penalty rates.
Eligibility
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
