We are seeking casual Brand Ambassadors to join our Homebush team.

You will be the first point of connection, sharing our rich heritage, educating customers on our thoughtfully designed products, and delivering a premium, seamless service that reflects the quality of Antler itself.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium in-store customer experience
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect luggage, bags, and accessories
- Build strong product knowledge about Antler's product
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily operations including managing stock and POS
- Assist with in-store events and promotions
About You
- Confident communicator with a passion for customer service
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
