The role
Reporting into the General Manager, Pricing and Insurance Sustainability, the Head of Individual Pricing role is responsible for leading our retail pricing strategy across advised channels, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, sustainable and profitable.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll combine deep actuarial expertise with strong commercial judgement to drive profitability, portfolio performance, product innovation and reinsurance optimisation.
You will own and drive the roadmap for our pricing strategy, identify where we should compete and where we should not, and translate data-driven insights into actionable pricing and portfolio management strategies.
About You
You are a seasoned actuarial leader with extensive experience in life insurance pricing and a strong track record of influencing strategic business decisions.
While you drive strategic decision-making, you still maintain and possess a strong technical lens and can support the team on executing on any pricing activities where necessary.
You possess a strong ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders like the finance and actuarial teams to influence executive decision-making.
Lastly, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and is able to deliver at pace as we go through a period of change and transformation in our organisation.
