Maternity Leave Cover (Minimum 6 Months | Starting 1st May)
Ermington Family Medical Practice is seeking a part tme Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team to cover maternity leave, commencing 7th May for a minimum period of 6 months.
We are a well-established, community-focused general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Position Details:
- We are flexible and happy to work around your availability
- Minimum 6-month locum role (with potential for extension)
- Supportive team environment with experienced GPs and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Immunisations and cold chain management
- Chronic disease management support
- Health assessments and care plans
- Wound care and procedural assistance
- General nursing duties within a GP setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in general practice nursing preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a patient-focused approach
