Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service

Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations
Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences

Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Strong organizational and time management skills
