About the business/role/team
The Workplace Experience team sits within Workplace Services, the team partners closely with business leaders, project teams, property, technology and people teams to deliver workplace initiatives that support business outcomes and enhance employee experience.
This role will report to the Manager, Workplace Experience and join a collaborative team responsible for workplace strategy, occupancy planning, workplace operations and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the Bank to support the relocation of teams into our second Head Office location, helping bring to life the vision of one Head Office across two connected locations.
About the role
Lead stakeholder engagement activities to support the successful relocation of business units to the Bank's second Head Office location.
drive awareness, readiness and adoption of new workplace environments.
Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and support a smooth transition into new workspaces.
Coordinate communications, engagement sessions and workplace readiness activities
Provide guidance on workplace experience principles and contemporary ways of working to help teams maximise the benefits
Monitor stakeholder feedback, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions
About you
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing across multiple business areas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
Experience supporting workplace transformation, relocation, property, facilities or employee experience programs is highly desirable.
Understanding of contemporary workplace practices and ways of working, including hybrid and activity-based working environments.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity during periods of change.
Experience within large corporate or financial services environments will be highly regarded.
