Are you an experienced bar person who can also make a great coffee?
Pennant Hills Golf Club is looking for a confident, friendly and experienced Bar Attendant to join our Clubhouse team.
We’re a private members’ club with more than 100 years of history. We're a progressive club with a modern Clubhouse and we're are midway through a complete renovation of our 18-hole golf course.

What you'll be doing
You’ll work across our Clubhouse bars, delighting members and guests and helping deliver great service at a variety of functions, from Member events and celebrations to Corporate Golf Days.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid pub, club or similar bar experience
- Is confident behind the bar and can comfortably serve beer, wine and spirits
- Has barista experience and can make a genuinely good coffee
- Is friendly, confident, and enjoys building genuine relationships with our regular members
- Pays attention to the little things that matter, helping to create personalised service that keeps members coming back
- Can stay calm and efficient when things get busy, and is proactive and productive when things slow down
- Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and service
- Is reliable and works well as part of a team
- Good availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Current NSW RSA.
Broad availability is a big plus.
Our greatest need, and therefore your greatest opportunity to pick up shifts, falls across both weekdays (6pm close), and Fri/Sat day and evening shifts.
And the best part?
You can work in hospitality without the 1am finishes.
Our Clubhouse offers the variety and atmosphere of hospitality, but we don’t have the late-night trading hours or gaming machines, you’ll find in other pubs, bars and nightclubs.
Work close to home
If you live around Pennant Hills, Beecroft, Cheltenham, West Pennant Hills, Thornleigh or the surrounding Hills District, you could be working close to home with a great local employer. We have plenty of parking, but it is a 15 min walk from Beecroft Train Station.
