Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
- Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet company standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with management to meet guest expectations efficiently.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision and chemicals handling.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, also weekends and Public Holidays.
- Experience in hospitality or facility management is preferred.
