Emergency First Aid Pty Ltd is looking for passionate and professional trainers to deliver nationally accredited First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) courses across Greater Melbourne.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently seeking Low Voltage Rescue (LVR Trainers and First Aid Trainers who are:
- Confident, professional, and dynamic in the training room
- Committed to industry standards and learner outcomes
- Able to adapt training to suit various learner groups
- Interested in flexible contract-based work
Your Role
As a trainer with Emergency First Aid, you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing accredited courses in line with our training standards
- Providing a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Maintaining training equipment and resources
- Attending staff development sessions
✅ What You’ll Need (Mandatory)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122) or a higher education qualification in adult learning
- For LVR Trainers: UET30621 – Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or a relevant electrical qualification (e.g. UEE30820 – Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician) and demonstrate current industry experience in live low voltage rescue.
- For First Aid Trainers: A qualification in First Aid, Paramedicine, Nursing, or a related field
- Recent industry experience related to the training being delivered
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Working knowledge of compliance in an RTO environment
Additional Requirements
- A current driver’s licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and time management skills
