ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Full-time position based in Sydney International Airport for a Sales Associate within our Store Branding Team. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing product recommendations, driving sales by engaging with customers, maintaining store visuals, and assisting in operational tasks to create a premium shopping experience.

- Store Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with customers to identify needs, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment with peers, supervisors, and clientele.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
- Participate in merchandising and visual projects, including stock maintenance, floor updates, and inventory control.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in stock areas.
- Support Store Management with initiatives that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct, representing Gentle Monster’s unique style and dress standards.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to build meaningful client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on teamwork.
- Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A passion for the fashion and design industry is highly valued.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to elevate the client experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Are comfortable commuting to Sydney International Airport
- Are available to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 6:00 AM and 9:15 PM
