ABOUT THE POSITION

TLEA is welcoming applications for a full time Technician Production to join our team working on a roster at our Kwinana plant.
The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating all aspects of the Processing plant. This will contribute to Tianqi Lithium Kwinana safely commissioning the plant on time and budget.
In addition to possessing our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity and innovation, this position will suit an individual with prior experience of having worked in Brownfields Operations and Environments
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to deal with the challenges of operating a processing plan
Reads changing situations quickly and maintains composure whilst working and making decisions under pressure and during times of high workload
Customer-focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Is good at establishing relationships with others and understands instructions,
Can prioritise workload appropriately within their work group,
Goes about work in a well-planned and organized manner
Brings out the best in people Is a clear communicator.
Committed and practical approach to the safety and well-being of self & team members
Ability to engage and communicate clearly with other team members
Strong collaboration with the team to achieve safety & production targets
Ability to train others within a process plant
Understand the isolation process for plant and equipment
Competent with the operation of mobile equipment
Ensure a high level of housekeeping is maintained
Actively participate in team activities, skills training, shift handover communications, toolbox meetings and any other activities as required by the Supervisor
Undertake regular inspections of all plant areas of responsibility.
Eliminate and control hazards
Report any faults and breakdowns

LOCATION
TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
