Lutheran Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Trinity Community Services team. In this rewarding role, you will provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities, within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence. Your work will assist to empower people to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy a fulfilling quality of life.
Location: Bundall, (across Labrador and Parkwood SIL House) - QLD
Remuneration: $36.95 - $40.31ph +Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Positions (12 hrs fortnight)
Applicants need to be available for mornings (6am), afternoons (5pm-8pm), sleepovers & weekends

Part of Lutheran Services, Trinity is a long-standing community-based service at Bundall that supports people living with a disability to live as independently as possible. We provide a range of services including Supported Independent Living, Community Access programs, centre-based day services, and skills training. Through education, life skills lessons, and goal-oriented self-development activities, we empower clients and their families to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage and support residents to develop life skills and routines that promote independence.
- Build respectful, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with individual support plans and NDIS standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any risks or concerns.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support roles.
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.
