About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing high level support to Managing Director - Retail Non-Financial Risk, Australia Retail.

Role Type: 12 month opportunity
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane
Work Hours: Full time

What will your day look like?

As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:

Proactive diary management inclusive of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries/logistics
Management of all flight, transfers, visas, and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness
Invoicing and expenses management
Ensuring key governance meetings are set up
Support the team to execute well on key initiatives and events
Liaise with external regulatory stakeholders to coordinate and manage diary commitments

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in providing support to Senior Executives within the organisation
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all tasks and deliverables
Experience in managing project work and meeting governance
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
Proven ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships
Demonstrated ability to use initiative, being proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
Extensive experience in administration in a fast-paced, quick changing environment
