About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will guide customers through one of the most considered purchases they make, helping them find the right Kia to suit their lives.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Meeting and qualifying customers in a consultative way, so every conversation feels tailored rather than transactional
- Presenting and demonstrating new Kia vehicles, giving you the chance to become a genuine product expert in a brand with serious momentum
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to delivery, building customer relationships that often lead to repeat business
- Coordinating with the finance and aftercare teams to ensure a smooth handover experience your customers will remember
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets, with your performance directly reflected in your earnings
- Keeping up to date with Kia's growing model range, including its expanding electric and hybrid lineup

You bring a natural ability to listen, a genuine interest in helping people, and the drive to back yourself in a results-focused environment.

- Previous experience in automotive or high-involvement retail sales gives you a strong foundation to build from
- A current NSW driver's licence is essential for test drives and vehicle movements
- Clear, confident communication means customers trust your recommendations
- You are comfortable with CRM systems and follow-up processes, keeping your pipeline organised and your customers informed
- A track record of meeting sales targets shows you can convert interest into outcomes
