Fish & Chip Shop All-Rounder
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Fish & Chip Shop All-Rounder to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis.
This is a key position within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take responsibility for maintaining high standards, supporting a small team, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be involved in all aspects of the operation, from food preparation and cooking through to customer service, team support, and maintaining a clean and efficient workplace.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients and food items
- Cooking menu items to a high standard
- Serving customers and processing orders
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, work areas and customer-facing spaces
- Assisting with stock rotation and storage
- Opening and closing duties as required
- Assisting with the supervision and coordination of a small team
- Leading by example and helping create a positive team culture
- Ensuring food quality, cleanliness and customer service standards are consistently maintained across the team
- Supporting the training and development of new team members
- Helping ensure all team members follow company procedures, food safety requirements and operational standards
- Working collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality, takeaway, kitchen or food service operations
