Food and Beverage Supervisor

THE POSITION
- Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations
- Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
- Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
- End of day settlements
THE PERSON:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the café.
- Food handling and barista skills essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume cafe environment.
- Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff.
- Food safety supervisor training
