We are seeking a Rosters Administrator to provide assistance for our Rosters team.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at South Melbourne in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

Coordinate university requests for clinical placements and maintain appropriate planning schedules, records and processes

Coordinate general observer requests and ensure required approvals and endorsements are obtained and shifts allocated appropriately

Assist with projects and tasks allocated by the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing

Communicate information to Team Managers on scheduled clinical placement and observer shifts in a timely manner

Provide administrative support to the broader Resource Planning team as required
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
-
Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing professional administrative support within a large organisation or department
-
Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems
-
Proven experience in using computerised word processing and spread sheeting applications including intermediate computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the Internet

Effective written communication skills to enable the preparation of accurate and concise correspondence
