Join RSPCA NSW and help empower communities to care for animals. This role provides important administration and reporting support for our Outreach and Education programs.
You will help keep our programs organised, accurate and connected. You will support bookings, data, reporting, records and community outreach event administration.
This role supports programs that make a real community impact. Our teams provide preventative veterinary services, education, resources and information in priority communities across NSW.
You will work in a supportive and empowering environment. You will also have the opportunity to keep learning and growing with our team.
Qualifications:

Class C driver licence.

Certificate IV in Business Administration is highly regarded.
Experience:

Experience using Salesforce or similar data systems.

Confidence maintaining data and records.
-
Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards and analytics.

Strong administration and data entry skills.
-
Experience supporting bookings, events or stakeholder communication.

Confident and friendly phone manner.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Experience with veterinary practice software, such as Ezyvet, is favourable.
