You may have been part of some big projects before, but this work is legacy-building.
You're a forward thinker who sees potential where others don't. You'll have the chance to shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations to enjoy.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering end to end property acquisition and conveyancing services for major infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you supporting complex property transactions, managing conveyancing activities, and ensuring statutory, financial and governance requirements are met while delivering high quality customer outcomes.
You will build your expertise across property acquisition, settlement coordination, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to projects that shape communities and enable the delivery of the state’s largest infrastructure program.
You will navigate and deliver accurate, timely and compliant conveyancing outcomes in a fast paced, high risk environment where competing deadlines, legislative obligations and customer expectations must be carefully balanced.
