Grazia, a vibrant 100-seat Italian restaurant, is eagerly seeking experienced Sous Chefs who shares our passion for Italian cuisine and culture. Known for our authentic Italian dishes and exceptional service, we offer a modern dining experience in an elegant setting.
We are looking for a talented Chefs with proven expertise in Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, à la carte restaurant environment and demonstrates reliability and punctuality. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires availability for lunch and/or dinner shifts, seven days a week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of five years in a Senior Chef role, with a strong understanding of Italian cuisine.
- Restaurant Environment:Familiar with the demands of a modern, fast-paced à la carte restaurant.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Proficient in written and verbal English (Italian language skills are preferred).
- Flexibility: Available for both afternoon and evening shifts.
