About the role
Flexibility, career growth opportunity and a supportive and collaborative team environment are just some of the things you can expect working as a Registered Nurse at our new, beautiful and close-knit Maddington Facility.
The key focus of this role is to provide assessment, personalised care plans and support to our Aged Care residents and our Clinical and Care teams. You will ensure the provision of best practice person centred care, including safe medication procedures, and the maintenance of quality records. This role is a Part-Time Position working 31 hours per fortnight.
About you
Your relevant demonstrated nursing experience, together with a passion for providing exemplary patient care, will see you to success in this role. As a self starter committed to contributing to a professional and collaborative team, you’ll have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, a continuous improvement mindset and alignment with Mercycare values in all tasks you undertake.
Your key experience will bring:
Relevant Nursing qualifications and professional AHPRA Registration
Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards is preferred but not required
Excellent time management and documentation skills
Strong communication and relationship building experience with a wide range of people
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
