We are seeking an inspiring and driven Centre Director who is passionate about shaping young minds, elevating educational practice, and fostering a thriving, supportive team culture.
This is a newly built 88-place centre opening soon, offering a unique opportunity for a passionate professional who enjoys building a service from the ground up and making a meaningful impact from day one.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of centre operations while driving continuous improvement and excellence in practice. You will also play a key role in building strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators, embedding yourself within a welcoming and supportive community.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication and high-quality service delivery for children, families, and staff
- Oversee the efficient and compliant day-to-day management of the service, including enrolments, staffing, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional curriculum outcomes
- Support educators in creating engaging learning environments that encourage critical thinking and child-led exploration
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
- Build and nurture respectful, collaborative relationships with children, families, and staff
- Work closely with the Approved Provider to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation, sector guidelines, and policies
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director role
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and National Law & Regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Current Child Protection Training and a strong commitment to child-safe practices
