The Service Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Passenger Services, ensuring we deliver an efficient, effective service that meets and exceeds both company and client expectations.
Position Overview

Oversee a customer-focused Passenger Services operation, including supervision, organisation and coordination of all work areas during a shift

Provide on-the-job coaching, training and feedback to drive high performance and service excellence

Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational & SLA requirements

Monitor business processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation and dnata Airport Services policy

Provide quality metrics and reporting on key business issues

Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations taking corrective action where required

Ensure safe operation of equipment, machines and vehicles, and reinforce a strong safety culture

Report incidents immediately and understand your obligations around incident reporting

Build strong working relationships with dnata staff and client airline employees/delegates

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to drive a customer- and safety-focused culture

Experience in a highly regulated industry, with the ability to translate and embed compliance and legislative requirements into daily operations
