Cup & Co Floreat is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
IMPORTANT: You must currently be living in Perth to apply. We are NOT accepting applications from overseas candidates.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role, preferably within a busy café environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Assistant Manager / hospitality management experience essential
- Strong floor and customer service skills
- Experience leading and supervising a team
- Reliable, organised and confident under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available across weekdays and weekends
- Looking for a long-term position
Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate after 6 months, subject to performance, suitability and eligibility.
Please note that sponsorship is not available immediately. You must already be physically based in Perth and have the right to work during the initial 6-month period.
This is not an entry-level position. Please only apply if you have genuine experience in the same or a very similar role.
