Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our service team, ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service. You will manage service requests, coordinate maintenance schedules, and provide valuable insights to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support.
- Manage and prioritise service requests in a fast-paced setting to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate diagnostics and repair estimates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service history and customer interactions.
- Deliver exceptional communication and follow-up to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a service advisor or similar role, preferably within the heavy-duty transportation industry.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems and maintenance procedures is essential.
- Proficient with computers and service management software.
