We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about ensuring clients receive the best possible support.
Within this role, you will play a key role in coordinating service delivery, supporting staff rostering, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and team members. Connecting Care, Creating Confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Rostering
You will be responsible for coordinating service delivery and managing staff rosters to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support. This includes matching appropriate staff to client schedules, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and ensuring employees are properly inducted and trained to meet the requirements of their roles.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring strong communication and positive relationships. This includes maintaining accurate client files, managing service agreements, understanding client plans, and managing the initial response to complaints, incidents, and general service enquiries.
- Reporting, Systems & Data Management
You will maintain accurate records and data across internal systems to meet reporting and accountability requirements. The role will also involve supporting reporting processes, reviewing service delivery outcomes, and contributing to improvements in client service management and reporting systems.
- Team Culture & Engagement
You will contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviours aligned with Smarter Connections’ values and Code of Conduct. This includes promoting collaboration, supporting staff engagement, and contributing to team development and performance processes.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
You will help maintain a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety procedures, responding to incidents and risks, and ensuring documentation meets organisational and regulatory standards. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of service quality and safety.

Experience in NDIS, disability services, rostering, scheduling, or client services will be highly regarded.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
