Casual Event Lighting, Delivery & Installation Crew
Luxtree is seeking 2 capable and reliable crew members to join our team in bringing small to large-scale event lighting installations to life. From setup to pack-down, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating unforgettable experiences across Perth.

About the Role
This is a physical, hands-on position that requires strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently. You'll be working hands-on with our supportive team to deliver, assemble and install large-scale LED trees, lighting decorations, glow furniture and event equipment - then return for pack-down once the event is over.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver, install and pack down lighting and event equipment
- Load, unload, and transport event gear safely
- Lifting, moving, loading, unloading and assembling equipment with care, precision and efficiency
- Assist with troubleshooting and ensure setups meet Luxtree’s quality standards
Requirements
- Current and valid manual driver's license and reliable access to your own vehicle
- Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 30kg
- Previous experience in event setup, AV/lighting installation, construction, or similar work
- Basic tools experience (e.g., battery drills, ratchets, hand tools)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Any rigging, EWP or event-related tickets
- Experience loading vans/trailers

Our warehouse is based in O’Connor (preference for applicants nearby).
