A well-established, privately owned investment group is looking for a polished and proactive Office Coordinator/Receptionist to be the face of their Sydney office. We're partnering exclusively with this business to find the right person.

Day to day, you'll be:
- The first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and stakeholders, delivering a consistently warm and professional experience
- Keeping reception, meeting rooms, and the executive office space immaculate and fully stocked
- Managing incoming calls, correspondence, and mail (inbound and outbound)
- Supporting the Executive Assistant and wider team with administrative tasks including filing, coordination, and general office errands
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have solid reception or front-of-house experience in a professional office setting
- Are naturally warm, polished, and confident with clients and senior stakeholders
- Take pride in being organised, detail-oriented, and one step ahead
- Are happy to support across the business when needed
- Hold full Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship)

- Broad administrative duties and operational variety don't appeal to you

- Circa $65,000 base + superannuation + performance bonus
