Bar Luca is on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. Known for our lively atmosphere, iconic burgers, and creative cocktails, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team to success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in service. Your responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership – Supervising, training, and motivating bar and floor staff
- Bartending – Preparing and serving drinks with consistency, speed, and quality
- Service Oversight – Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue
- Customer Experience – Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and resolving issues professionally
- Stock & Inventory – Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Opening & Closing Duties – Managing shifts, cash handling, and venue procedures
- Compliance – Ensuring RSA and health & safety standards are upheld
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior bar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and high service standards
- Availability across weekends and evenings
- Cocktail knowledge and experience highly regarded
