We are looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team in a flexible ongoing role based in Peakhurst NSW.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative office environment while still having the freedom and flexibility to continue freelancing, manage their own clients and take on external projects alongside our work.
You’ll have access to a dedicated desk space in our office and become part of our day-to-day operations, while maintaining your own independent work and client base; however, as part of this role, our projects must be prioritised when required to ensure deadlines and workflow expectations are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high-converting print campaigns (DL, DLX, flyers, catalogue pages)
- Translating offers into direct response layouts that drive action
- Structuring ads with:
- Clear hierarchy
- Strong offers
- Psychological triggers
- Conversion-focused layouts
- Preparing artwork for print (bleeds, trim, prepress-ready files)
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience in print design (not just digital)
- Understanding of direct response advertising
- Ability to design with conversion in mind, not just visuals
- Knowledge of:
- Offer positioning
- Attention flow
- Buyer psychology
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Print prep knowledge (bleeds, margins, imposition awareness)
- Someone proactive, reliable and easy to work with
- Someone familiar with AI image & video generation tools
