Position: Casual Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Casual Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and participate actively in their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support where required.
- Assist participants with community access, social activities, and appointments.
- Support clients to develop independent living skills.
- Administer or assist with medication in accordance with policies and training.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Promote the rights, dignity, choice, and independence of each participant.
- Follow individual support plans and organisational policies.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other professionals.

Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (if required).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- National Police Check.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification.
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community services.
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs, behavioural support, or personal care.
