Front Desk & Patient Coordinator – Orthodontic Practice
Location: Blacktown (Opposite Westpoint, Close to Train Station)
We are a growing orthodontic practice dedicated to transforming smiles and providing exceptional patient care. Located in the heart of Blacktown, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and team.
About You
As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a crucial role in creating a warm and positive first impression. You should be personable, professional, and able to maintain composure in a dynamic environment.

Position Details
- Part-time: 3 -4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), increasing to 4 days (including Friday) in a few months
- Not suitable for university students, as availability for a minimum of 3 days and flexibility for additional days is required
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 8:15 AM – 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 9:15 AM – 7:45 PM
Your Responsibilities
Your role will be shaped by your experience and strengths, but key duties include:
- Welcoming patients in person and via digital communication
- Managing appointment scheduling
- Handling payments and discussing payment plans with patients
- Assisting doctors with drafting letters and treatment coordination
- General facility maintenance and ensuring the practice runs smoothly
- Handling difficult conversations and managing the workflow

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
