Job Purpose
We are seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to support a client based in Pagewood, NSW. This role is suited to an individual who is proactive, demonstrate strong initiative, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality practical assistance and emotional support to promote the client's well-being and independence.
Work Schedule
- 7 days per week
- 6-8 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Experience in Manual Handling and the use of a hoist.
- Provide light domestic support, including cleaning and general household tasks.
- Promote the client’s independence and assist with daily routines.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being.
Essential Criteria
- Female Support Worker.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Worker’s Check/ Driver's License
- Police Clearance Check.
- Empathetic, reliable, and proactive personality.
