We’re looking to grow our crew and are hiring at both ends of the spectrum. Whether you’re an apprentice just starting out and eager to learn the ropes, or you’re a seasoned artisan with a portfolio of high-end finishes, we want to hear from you.
The Roles
1. Apprentice Carpenter (Entry Level) You’re motivated, physically fit, and ready to turn a passion for building into a career.
- What you’ll do: Assist with framing, installations, and site prep; learn to read blueprints; and master tool safety.
- What you need: A solid work ethic, reliable transport, and a "measure twice, cut once" attitude.
2. Artisan Carpenter (Experienced) You’re a master of the craft who takes pride in the details. You don't just build; you create.
- What you’ll do: Lead complex projects (custom cabinetry, intricate trim, or structural timber framing), mentor apprentices, and ensure a flawless finish.
- What you need: 5+ years of experience, your own professional-grade kit, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
