In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a newly established Fleet function delivering business intelligence, reporting, analytics and data-driven decision support. This role will see you transform complex information into meaningful insights that influence operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation's light vehicle fleet.
You will play a key role in developing reporting frameworks, enhancing data quality, building analytical capability and shaping the future direction of the function as it continues to evolve. You will pioneer innovative reporting solutions, uncover performance trends and opportunities, and build greater visibility of business outcomes in a dynamic environment where adaptability, initiative and curiosity are essential.
This role operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with team collaboration days on Monday and flexibility to work from other office locations as required. Regional locations may also be considered for the right candidate.

About you
You will have a proven background and understanding of Fleet (light vehicles) and associated Fleet infrastructure. Your strong analytical capability, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across business analysis, business intelligence, reporting, analytics or operational environments, will see you excel at translating complex data into actionable insights, developing impactful dashboards and reporting solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement that drive informed decision-making and business performance.
You're recognised as a naturally curious and proactive problem solver, skilled at interpreting data, uncovering hidden insights and converting broad business needs into meaningful analytical outcomes, with experience working across multiple systems and data sources, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and delivering high-quality reporting, business cases and executive-level insights.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, thrives in ambiguity, and is motivated by the opportunity to build new capabilities, challenge assumptions through data, and influence decision-making within a growing and evolving function.
