We have an opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic full time Sales Manager to join and lead our sales team in store.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced retail sales expert, or someone with extensive hospitality / QSR experience. No bakery experience is required, as training will be provided.
As a Sales Manager, you form a critical part of our management team and will work closely with the Bakery and Production Manager/s and lead by example to provide delightful customer service, drive sales and manage our sales team.
To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:
- Possess strong customer service, retail or hospitality experience.
- Be proud of your strong customer service skills, be able to identify & meet customer needs
- You’ll be comfortable leading to team to deliver delightful service, achieve results and meet targeted budgets.
- Confident in upselling and strategic sales
- Be able to influence, motivate and inspire a team
- Have some experience in training and coaching team members
- Be people and customer centric
Working hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and late evenings. Your outgoing personality, friendly demeanour and ‘can do’ attitude are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’!
The successful applicant will form part of our in-bakery leadership team and provided with multiple professional development and career progression opportunities including pathways to a Corporate role in our Support office or as a future Bakery manager or Franchisee.
