About the role
This position is a permanent full-time management role in the Finance team, based in Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient provision of financial services including; financial accounting, treasury, taxation, accounts payable, finance advice, quarterly budget reviews, integrity and management of financial systems and staff management.
The starting salary for this position is $112,580.55 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

About you
You are a qualified and experienced finance professional with a tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, complemented by CA or CPA membership (or equivalent practical expertise). You bring extensive experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and review processes, with a proven ability to deliver accurate insights and drive sound financial outcomes.
You are an effective people leader, capable of managing and motivating staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to confidently negotiate, influence, and build productive relationships with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality written reports and correspondence. You are also confident using modern financial systems and technology to support efficient and accurate financial management.
