Medical Receptionist
We are seeking casual medical reception staff to join Flagstone Podiatry. You will have the opportunity to work in a professionally fit out podiatry clinic with up to date equipment and technology.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Greeting and welcoming patients
· Answering phone calls
· Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including billing
· Instrument sterilisation (training provided)
· General administrative duties, such as scanning documents, entering patient details, managing consumables or similar
· Light cleaning duties, such as vacuuming/mopping or similar
· Supporting and assisting the practitioner owner

· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task, problem solve and take initiative
· Positive work ethic and sense of responsibility
· Competence with Microsoft Word & Excel, and proficient general computer skills
· Previous experience in medical reception or customer service roles desirable, but not required
· Availability to work approx 10-15 hours per week, with the scope of more hours in the future
