We are a family-run business specialising in Commercial and Residential Property Maintenance & Landscape Construction.
We are a small team of 10-15 staff who closely with our clients, across a range of properties big and small across Sydney and some parts of regional NSW.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Tradesman to join our Construction crew and lead a small team. Our landscape works are primarily in our commercial sector.
You’ll be hands-on across a range of landscape construction projects — concreting, paving, decking, turfing, garden installs and renovations. We want someone who is motivated, likes to get stuck in, lead a team when needed and work with management in solving problems.
This is a full-time role with opportunities to step up, grow your skills, and work on projects you’ll be proud of.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping or construction ideally with experience on commercial sites
- Confident working with a small team and taking the lead on-site
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Great communication and team mindset
- Your own tools are a bonus (not a deal-breaker)
- A solid sense of humour and positive attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
