About the Role
At Gracehaven Aged Care, we don’t just provide care, we enhance lives. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team, located in Bundaberg, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents. As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to clinical care delivery, lead and support staff, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans using a Positive Wellbeing Model

Deliver, monitor, and evaluate evidence-based care strategies

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using electronic systems
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers
-
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff, students, and volunteers
-
Contribute to workforce management, including rostering and performance support
-
Ensure compliance with legislative, accreditation, and organisational requirements
-
Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
-
Support service delivery outcomes, KPIs, and financial targets
About You
You are a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse with 12 months of clinical knowledge and leadership capability. You are passionate about aged care and committed to delivering safe, high-quality services.
Essential Requirements

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

12 months of experience

Current CPR certification
-
Current driver’s license
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer sponsorship
