We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our established and growing real estate agency in Hurstville.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a key member of our leadership team.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Property Management Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Maintenance coordination
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Assisting and supporting junior Property Managers and Property Officers
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of Residential Tenancies legislation
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
