Technical Sales Representative
Tranquil Minds Psychology and Psychiatry Solutions (TMPPS) is an established private mental health practice operating across Penrith and Castle Hill. We provide psychology, psychiatry, counselling, assessment and telehealth services to children, adolescents and adults throughout New South Wales.
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to support business growth, referral development and stakeholder engagement across our expanding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), specialists, allied health providers, schools, NDIS providers, insurers, solicitors, and community organisations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referrals and service utilisation.
- Present TMPPS services to healthcare professionals, referral partners and community stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Attend networking events and community engagement activities.
- Analyse market opportunities and assist with business growth initiatives.
- Prepare activity reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with management to support strategic growth objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, account management or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
