About the Role
Pal Education is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator / Receptionist to join our growing team in Perth.
This role combines social media management, customer service, student support, and office administration. You will be responsible for helping grow our online presence while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our training organisation.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, enjoys content creation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Creating engaging content, posts, reels, and promotional material
- Responding to messages, comments, and customer enquiries online
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and advertising
- Reception and front desk duties
- Answering phone calls and emails professionally
- Managing bookings, schedules, and customer enquiries
- General administration and office support
- Assisting management with day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience
- Experience in social media management, marketing, reception, or administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to create engaging social media content
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Salary
$60,000 – $75,000 per year + superannuation (depending on experience)
