Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team and support the organisation in improving business processes, systems, and technology solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, management, technology providers, and internal teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical and effective ICT solutions.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced ICT Business Analyst who is passionate about technology, process improvement, and delivering practical solutions that support business outcomes.
You will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and system implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical technology and system solutions.
- Experience with system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and working with technology providers, developers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of business systems, system integration, automation, digital transformation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A self-motivated, reliable, and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology and system solutions.
- Develop business process maps, user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through automation, system integration, and digital transformation.
- Support the selection, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ICT and business systems.
- Work closely with internal and external technology providers, developers, and vendors.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
- Identify system gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support change management, user training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Provide regular updates to management and project stakeholders on requirements, issues, risks, and progress.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
