THE ROLE
As a Procurement Officer, you’ll keep the engine running: managing supplier onboarding, purchase orders, contract records and tender coordination. You’ll be the go-to for procurement queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across the business.
Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):
- Managing purchase orders, invoices and procurement records across the business
- Maintaining supplier and contract registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating supplier onboarding, screening and ongoing compliance checks
- Supporting RFP and tender processes, including documentation and coordination
- Tracking supplier performance, contracts and procurement activity
- Preparing spend analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Acting as the first point of contact for procurement queries
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, contracts admin or similar
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related discipline (desirable, not essential).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and stakeholder confidenceAnalytical mindset with experience working with data and reporting
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
