Located in the heart of Newstead, Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional and customer-focused Vehicle Valet to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and premium experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their presentation, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contact

Locate and safely move vehicles throughout the dealership

Assist customers with general enquiries

Arrange customer transportation when required

Liaise with Service Advisors to support daily operations

Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints promptly

Ensure vehicles and customer areas are presented to a premium standard
About You

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to build rapport quickly and respond calmly to customer concerns

Confidence driving and manoeuvring a range of vehicles
-
A current and valid Queensland driver licence

Luxury hotel, automotive or premium retail experience is highly regarded
