Male Support Worker – Immediate Start (Springvale and the Peninsula)
We are seeking an experienced male Support Worker to assist a young boy in Springvale. Due to client requirements, male applicants only will be considered.
This role involves providing support before and after school, including:
- Assisting with morning routines and getting ready for school
- After-school support
- Helping with homework
- Participating in activities and community engagement
There is opportunity for additional shifts as well on the Mornington Peninsula and South East suburbs.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence, reliable car, current registration, and car insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Worker Orientation / Effective Communication & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate
- Medication Management Certificate
- CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Relevant qualification in disability or community services (preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccinations
