Who are we?
TRACQS provides individually tailored and strengths based employment services to RAES job seekers across the Western Tablelands region.

What will you be doing?
You will drive performance and oversee the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) Funded through National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), and any other programs that are delivered by TRACQS. You will achieve this by:

Providing leadership and management in the implementation of RAES and other Program strategies

Leading and motivating culturally diverse staff, through provision of coaching, mentoring and identification of training and development needs
-
Promoting Strategies that maximise employment placements and outcomes in the delivery of RAES across the region.

Coordinating and engage in network Stakeholder meetings across the region
- Collaborating with key government contacts
-
Developing networks and relationships with potential employers, community organisations and government agencies.

Exercising your Delegation of authority from the General Manager to manage the daily operational needs of the organisation
Who are you?
Skills and experience we look for include:
-
Experience operating as a senior business leader in a competitive and commercial industry.
-
Demonstrated experience providing strategic direction and leading business growth.
-
Demonstrated experience engaging, motivating and leading effective teams.
-
Experience working with diverse stakeholders including government , corporate business people and allied and clinical health practitioners.

Knowledge of program and business management
-
Knowledge of government funded employment programs and contractual requirements.
-
Knowledge of how to build, grow and sustain a strategic business to be successful.
-
Qualifications in business or similar at a Advanced Diploma level would be advantageous.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
