Role & Responsibilities:
Key tasks within the role include:
- Assist in the coordination of social media influencer programs for our clients, utilising influencers and content creators across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Driving all social media tracking and assisting with routine and project-based status reports based on client reporting needs.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across social channels, including responding to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner. Monitor audience sentiment, trends and online conversations through social listening, identifying opportunities, insights and potential risks for the wider team.
- Influencers & Content Creators: Scouting new talent, building outreach lists, running talent reports, contributing to briefs, communicating with influencers.
- Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and assisting to create briefs that align with brand goals and product focus.
- Courier & logistics: Packing and organising all required seeding send-outs, managing all postage, couriers and logistics, updating courier budget tracker, and communicating with all clients, talent and influencers on postage/courier status.
- Staying up to date with the latest social market trends and platforms to enhance results and provide key insights for social clients and the Always Human team.
- Management of all seeding inventory of product stock rooms, and ensuring stock is reordered when required.
- Assistance with ideation and content creation for company social accounts.
- General admin: assisting the wider team with ad hoc daily admin where required.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rosebery NSW 2018
